Felicity Jones is a British actress most popular for playing the role of Jane Hawking in the critically acclaimed movie The Theory of Everything. Jones was first introduced to acting when she was aged 12. She has worked as actress in numerous TV shows, plays as well as in films. She began her career acting on television in the role of The Treasure Seekers. Then she appeared as Ethel Hallow in The Worst Witch, and the follow-up Weirdsister college. She was Young Ruth in her first movie Flashbacks of a Fool and after that, she was a star in numerous films. In films such as The Invisible Woman or The Amazing Spider-Man 2, she was a hit for her performance. It was however her character on The Theory of Everything' that won the actress an Oscar award for the very first time. Jones, who played Stephen Hawking's wife second in this biopic, received lots of praise from critics and viewers for the way she depicted her. She was then seen in Inferno which was a horror film that starred Tom Hanks. Jones was awarded the title British Artist of Year 2016 by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles for her extraordinary talent and work in film.
