Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kannakaredes is a native of New York city. She's appeared in the roles of Dr. Sydney Hansen (NBC) and the character Dr. Lane Hunter (The Resident) two medical dramas on TV. The actress also won acclaim for her television debut breakthrough role of Eleni Andros Cooper on the CBS soap series Guiding Light. The actress has also appeared on 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians, The Lightning Thief and Snitch. According according to reports, she's working with Vlas Charley Parlapanides and Vlas who co-wrote Immortals for the basis from Elisabeth Kubler Ross' autobiography The Wheel of Life. Also, she is filming for a new television show named Gods & Heroes.
