Dwayne was the pastor who founded at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he began in the year 2007. As a Board Member of Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the future generation of Biblical counselors. He is a part of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He has written numerous articles online, and is an co-author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Re-invent Your Life With God's unchangeable truth. Kelleman and Viars).
